that works for you, go with it.

It is possible to sign up for a website provider first, and get your domain through them. When you have your domain and website,
you can create your web page. There are many ways to do this.
If you know html or another basic computer language you will want to create from scratch. If you don't have the skills to
create a web page yourself, there are hundreds of Internet sites where you can download website templates for free.
Also, there are online sites that will create a web page for you. Some are free, some are not.
In time, you will employ video marketing in your promotions.
